Getting started with 'Change in action'

Working together on a case that matters. In this compact program, the team addresses a real situation brought in by themselves. We map behavior and underlying dynamics, analyze what blocks progress, and guide the team towards a concrete breakthrough.

This intervention can be booked as a standalone product — short, focused, and directly applicable to your practice. With this concise approach, we create space, direction, and results where things get stuck.

What is it?

A compact intervention focused on a specific, recognizable case brought in by the client. We map the situation, collect team data, and guide the team through an intensive session.

We use three powerful tools:

  • EnneaTeam report

  • InnovatieCirkel (process analysis)

  • Innovation Checklist questionnaire

Why this intervention?

When something gets stuck—be it a project, decision, collaboration, or strategic process—everyone senses there’s an issue, but it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what. This intervention helps teams clearly identify what truly blocks progress and translates that into concrete action.

It’s a compact program that brings behavior, underlying dynamics, and processes into focus. Targeted, measurable, and practical. No lengthy programs—just one sharp approach based on real data and the team’s own experience.

For whom?

This intervention is suitable for teams working with a concrete case to drive change. Examples include:

  • Project teams stuck in decision-making or collaboration
  • Management or executive teams struggling to translate strategy into behavior
  • Teams repeatedly facing the same tensions or blockages
  • Groups seeking to understand what truly prevents them from moving forward

Whether it’s a failing project or a stalled strategic initiative, this approach provides clear direction and results based on what’s happening now.

How does it work?

The process consists of four fixed steps:

  1. Intake & Case Analysis
We begin with an online intake involving two facilitators. The client brings a concrete case—a project, process, or situation where the team is stuck. We discuss the background, map the team, and deploy two questionnaires:
    – the personal Nine Wisdoms Enneagram Test (NWETI)
    – the Innovation Checklist

  2. Analysis & Preparation
The results are processed into an EnneaTeam report, supplemented with insights from the Innovation Checklist. This provides a clear view of team dynamics, behavioral energy, and readiness for change.

  3. Team Session
In a half-day session, we share insights, analyze the case, and discuss behavior using the Innovation Circle. We uncover underlying tensions, assumptions, and avoidance behaviors, creating a safe space where differences and tensions can be openly addressed.

  4. Case Contract & Follow-up
We conclude with a single, shared change agreement: a concrete case contract where team members collectively commit to guiding behavior, collaboration, and ownership.

What does it deliver?

  • Insight into how individual personalities and team personality influence behavior
  • Clarity on what truly holds the team back—and what energizes it
  • Structured reflection on behavior, processes, and underlying dynamics
  • A shared understanding of what works well, where friction exists, and what is needed
  • A collectively supported change agreement that guides collaboration, progress, and trust

What’s included in the program?

  • Online intake with two facilitators

  • EnneaTeam report featuring behavior and dynamics profile
  • Change energy analysis using the Change Agenda
  • Case reflection guided by the Innovation Circle
