Workshop ‘Nine Wisdoms Team Discovery’

In this workshop, your team will explore the nine personality types of the enneagram together. You’ll recognize familiar behaviors in yourself, spot new traits in others, and start to understand the dynamics at play. It’s an engaging and practical way to get to know each other better — with room for insight, reflection, and the occasional laugh. Perfect for teams who are curious about what drives them, and how to connect more effectively.

What will we do?
Each participant completes the NWETI personality test in advance. This provides a clear picture of everyone’s personality profile. The results serve as the starting point for the workshop and offer insight into behaviour, motivations and collaboration.
During the session, we explore the nine enneagram types in an accessible and recognisable way. With clear explanations, relatable examples and interactive exercises, we connect personal insights to team behaviour.
All individual profiles are brought together in the EnneaTeam report: a comprehensive team overview that reveals what defines you as a group. You gain insight into tensions, dominant styles, blind spots and natural strengths. It’s your first tangible introduction to your team personality.
